PROJECT SUMMARY

BCL-XL apoptotic protein --- a drug target in lymphoma.

Together with projects 17800-02 this is also testing new methodology --- adaptive sampling.

This project attempts the hardest version of the problem --- prediction of all 35 crystal structures from just one of them (apo), with no adaptive sampling (in a 'vanilla' way, for comparison to the adaptive sampling algorithms).
