CPU PPD ESTIMATES BY LOGICAL PROCESSORS USED BETA

The following data for the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X 16-Core Processor is estmated based on the average PPD per each logical CPU processor mulitplied by various counts of those logical processors.
